Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Onwrd (“Onwrd”, “we”, “us”), an AI-powered interview preparation platform available at onwdai.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Onwrd analyzes your resume and a job description you provide and returns a personalized interview preparation package. The Offer Readiness Score™ is a coaching metric — it is not a prediction of receiving a job offer.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Onwrd.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
Do not use the service to harass, deceive, or violate the rights of others.
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, entitlement checks, or security controls.
Do not use the service to build a competing product or scrape our outputs at scale.

Plans, billing, and refunds

Free plan: generates a limited preview of each interview package.
One-Time Unlock ($4.99): one-time unlock of the full package for a single job.
Onwrd Pro ($14.99/month): unlimited interview packages and premium features while the subscription is active.
Onwrd Lifetime ($99.99, limited-time launch offer, regularly $149.99): permanent access to all current and future premium features.

Subscription fees renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because interview packages are digital content delivered immediately, all purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review in good faith.

User content and license

You retain ownership of the resumes and job descriptions you upload and the packages we generate for you. You grant Onwrd a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve the service to you.

AI-generated content

Interview packages are generated by AI models. They may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using Onwrd will result in a job offer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onwrd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or $50.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
